United Textile Supply is pleased to take back or replace, at our discretion, items with defects without restocking charges. If the item is not defective we charge at least 15% restocking fee (this depends on the factory, some factories are higher) and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back and paying the shipping charges. We do not take back washed or altered products under any circumstances as they cannot be resold.
Products cannot be returned beyond 7 working days after receipt of goods. Customer must obtain authorization before returning product in writing so we can determine where to ship the product. Don't assume all products came from Denver as we drop ship many products from other locations. If you ship the product to Denver and we have to reroute the shipment to its original location, additional freight charges must be paid by the customer. If any product has been shipped out of the continental USA no return authorizartion will be granted even within the 7 day grace.
Please note, we do not consider a product defective if there are loose threads that are part of the manufacturing process and can be easily cut off.
